Follow-Up #9: Accreditation Canada Client Portal

On behalf of all of us at Accreditation Canada we would like to thank you for your continued patience over the past three months as we worked to resolve our technical issues. This has been a challenging time and we are so appreciative of your encouragement and support.
At this time, we believe most of the issues have been resolved and we will continue to work directly with clients should anything arise. We have taken great strides to resolve the issues impacting Quality Performance Roadmap (QPR) and are confident that the ability to upload attachments has been restored. Moving forward you will once again be able to upload attachments for Evidence Submissions.
Please note: For those of you with Evidence Submission deadlines between May 15th and October 30th, 2019, your client lead will contact you directly to discuss your extension and next steps. Please do not attempt to upload attachments until you have spoken with your client lead.
This notice concludes our bi-weekly updates, however will continue to notify you and work with you as the remaining functionality is gradually restored.
