Suzanne Laroque, Chief People Officer
Accreditation Canada’s Chief People Officer, Suzanne Larocque is focused on building people, value and capacity to drive the organization’s strategy.
Early in her career, Suzanne was a leader in community health, working with people both at the individual and the system level. In different professional roles over the years, including positions on Boards of Directors, Suzanne has worked to make a difference in housing, mental health, and child development.
With a strong Human Resources background and skills in Performance Improvement, Training Delivery, Strategic Planning and Business Process Improvement, Suzanne has a proven track record of building strong, successful teams. During her 10 years of experience at Accreditation Canada she has surveyed internationally, gaining valuable insights from front line staff members to clients’ executive teams.
Suzanne is a Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE) and is also certified in Integral Coaching, Prosci Change Management and Black Belt Six Sigma Lean. She holds a Master of Social Work Degree from Carleton University in Ottawa.
Suzanne enjoys making a contribution and being part of a challenging work environment. In her downtime, she likes to listen to Blues and Folk.
